In most international judicial systems, paralegal,

Rwanda

In general, depending on the international country and
Rwanda Judicial Court, the paralegal, legal assistant and legal
secretary
can not perform these duties:
1) Provide Legal Counsel.
3) Sign legal documents on behalf of the client.
4) Represent a client in Judicial Court.
