  • Service of subpoenas and summonses.
  • Bilingual legal translation services.

Five things a Guam Paralegal, Legal Document Assistant ( LDA ) or Guam Legal Secretary cannot do are:
1) An Guam Paralegal cannot give legal advice.
2) An Guam Paralegal cannot develop the lawyer-client relationship.
3) The Guam Paralegal cannot sign papers on behalf of the client.
